ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every single item is made to order through our printing manufacturer so that we have no overstock. That being said, we only create what is ordered, specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to do exchanges and returns. Since all orders are final, we make sure to post all necessary sizing information on the product page.

If you need to edit your order (for example, you chose the wrong size) or you want to cancel an order that has already been placed, email us ASAP. Once the product is in the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order and refund.

We do not offer local pickup. Each product is made to order and shipped from our out-of-state production warehouse. Therefore, all orders must be placed online.

All our apparel is either EMB or DTG. EMB means that the product is embroidered. All of our hats, most of our hoodies, and some of our tees are embroidered. Embroidered designs last longer than DTG prints because the threads used for embroidery are already colored, which means they’ll maintain their colors much longer. DTG is a relatively new style of garment printing called Direct-to-Garment. DTG printing involves using a specialized DTG printer that directly applies the ink onto the fabric using an inkjet printhead. Unlike traditional screen printing, DTG printing does not require a separate screen for each color, and therefore produces high-quality prints with a high level of detail and vibrant colors. DTG is the environmentally friendly alternative to screenprinting. While EMB designs last longer than DTG prints, there are ways to make your DTG shirts last longer.

To make your shirts last longer, we encourage you to turn them inside when you wash them. When subjected to frequent use, the DTG graphics tend to fade, creating a washed, vintage look. To keep this from happening, wash inside out, in cold water, and only wash when necessary.
